Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may require additional time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

International Shipping International shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly through the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

Delays SwiftSupply is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@swiftsupply.com.au and we will investigate on your behalf.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at sales@swiftsupply.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
